Crock Pot Creamy Herb Chicken- Simple and delicious..chicken in a creamy, herb sauce cooked up in your crock pot!

I’m going to be honest with you all.

These pictures of this chicken? I’m not a fan..honest.

The colors came out a bit bland and the bottom picture doesn’t even look creamy. However, it is creamy.The top picture depicts the creaminess, but, the color is still a bit lighter than I would like.

According to my husband, “they look great”. Of course, he is a bit bias. I could of taken these pictures in a dark closet with my eyes closed and he would tell me that. He’s very supportive. 😙

The thing is, I wanted to still share this recipe. Because, it’s really delicious. It’s also quick to toss together and it’s for your crock pot.

The wondrous crock pot! 🎉

Your only ingredients are chicken, milk, parsley, thyme and some dry pasta sauce mix. That’s it!

If you have trouble locating the sauce mix, check in your dry gravy mix section. That is where I found it at my grocery store. The sauce mix I used is Knorr Garlic and Herb (No paid endorsement here, just used it for the recipe and liked it)

You can side this Creamy Herb Chicken with egg noodles, brown or white rice or angel hair pasta..all will go great with it!

Crock Pot Creamy Herb Chicken

Cook Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes

Simple and delicious! Chicken in a creamy, herb sauce cooked up in your crock pot.


  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 envelope of garlic and herb pasta dry mix
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes


  1. Add chicken into crock pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, soup,dry sauce mix, parsley and thyme until smooth and combined. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. If desired, cut or shred chicken before serving.
