I hope your weekend was good. The weather was super-duper amazing in my neck of the woods. Like, holy cow..is it really November?! Amazing. I’m not complaining, it’s great.
It can stay this way for as long as Mother Nature so desires. Fine with me. However, we did have the time change for daylight savings time. Ugh..I’m not a fan.

The time change also means my photography schedule changes. In turn, sometimes, dinner is made at 2 in the afternoon. Some days, this is tough to do, so, I hope you guys don’t mind more desserts than main dishes during some weeks.
You can handle more chocolate, right? 🙂
For today, we have no dessert. Just some pretty darn delicious pasta.
This dish is extremely simple, but,full of flavor. It’s classic spaghetti with a creamy sauce and filled with zesty Italian sausage. It is perfect for a weeknight meal when you don’t have lots of time and are sick of regular, plain pasta.
Here is a brief breakdown:
- Prepare your spaghetti, as directed on the package. Regular or whole wheat will both work!
- In a large skillet, brown your Italian sausage. Go with a spicy or mild version. If sausage is not your preference, regular ground beef ( or turkey) will work too. Be sure to drain the meat after browning..this will remove any access oil.
- Mix cream cheese with your spaghetti sauce. Use your favorite jarred version or go homemade.
- Toss it all together with your cooked pasta and dinner is ready.
