Creamy Italian Sausage Spaghetti

Give your plain spaghetti a kick with creamy sauce and zesty Italian sausage!

- 8 ounces dried spaghetti or approx 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 ½ cups spaghetti sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese to taste preference
Prepare spaghetti as directed on package. Drain. Set aside.
In a skillet, brown sausage. Breaking up as it cooks. Drain, if necessary.
Return sausage to skillet and on low heat, stir in sauce and cream cheese. Stir frequently until cheese is melted and well mixed with sauce.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles to sauce and toss/mix to coat completely.
Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese before serving
