Soft chocolate cookies that start with a cake mix. The added pudding makes them soft and perfectly chewy.
Next to me right now is a glass of milk, two of these cookies and a small toddler watching me.
She is also eating these cookies. It is 8 am here.
These cookies are so good, you will want to eat them for breakfast and then, all day long. They are soft, chewy and oh, so, chocolaty.
The nice thing about this recipe (besides the fact that they are cookies) is it will work well with any flavor cake mix and pudding mix.
I went with chocolate pudding, devil’s food cake mix. But, yours? Well, you can stick with the chocolate or go a little crazy and make up your own flavor combination.
Give these cookies a try, then, be sure to eat a few for breakfast. 😉
