Turkey London Broil Ingredients

  • Turkey Breast. Because it’s the major source of protein, a turkey breast is the most crucial component of this dish. Choose a turkey breast without a bone that has not been frozen or processed. To get the most taste out of your chicken, pick an organic, free-range variety.
  • Soy Sauce. The salty, savory taste of soy sauce complements the other ingredients nicely. To lessen the quantity of salt in the dish, substitute a low-sodium type.
  • Garlic. The dish would be lacking without the deliciously strong taste that garlic contributes. When feasible, use whole fresh garlic cloves; otherwise, garlic powder will do in a pinch.
  • Honey. Honey adds a wonderful, caramel-like sweetness and depth of flavor to the meal. For this recipe, use either light honey or dark honey, whichever you like.
  • Olive Oil. The turkey is marinated and then brushed with olive oil, which helps to seal in moisture as it cooks. Choose a high-quality extra-virgin olive oil for optimal results.
  • Lemon Juice. Turkey is tenderized by the marinade and given a tangy, acidic taste by the addition of lemon juice. Although fresh lemon juice is ideal, bottled lemon juice can be used in a pinch.
  • Black Pepper. The use of black pepper gives the meal a pleasant hint of heat. Black pepper, preferably freshly ground, although pre-ground pepper would do in a pinch.
  • Rosemary. The rosemary gives it an interesting herbal note that sets it apart. If you have access to fresh rosemary, use it instead of dry.

I made this Turkey London Broil with the "base" recipe. It was delicious. I love the idea of all of the variations but would like to know a bit more detail regarding measurements of each ingredient.
