Ingredients
  

  • 1 (2-3 pounds) boneless turkey breast
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the soy sauce, garlic, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and rosemary in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  • Place the turkey breast in a shallow dish and drizzle with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, covered with plastic wrap.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the turkey on a baking sheet after removing it from the marinade. Keep the marinade aside.
  • Bake For 40 – 50 minutes, or until interior temperature reaches 165°F.
