Ingredients Needed:
- Cream cheese
- Honey
- Dijon mustard
- Deli turkey breast
- Swiss cheese
- Bagel
- Any additional sandwich toppings
Recipe Notes:
- If you aren’t keen on using your broiler, you can use your oven. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
- Keep any leftover spread in a covered container in the refrigerator. Eat within a week.
Yield: 1 sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp honey Dijon mustard
FOR SANDWICH:
- bagel, turkey, cheese of your choice
- any additional desired toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
Instructions
- Mix ingredients for spread until completely mixed.
- Preheat your broiler. Line a small baking sheet with foil.
- Spread spread on both sides of bagel. Then, add desired toppings..turkey, cheese, etc.
- Place the top and bottom of bagel on baking sheet (separately) and place sheet under broiler for just a few minutes. Enough time to get bagel toasted and cheese to melt and get a bit crunchy.
- Remove and then, top with any additional veggies..lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
