Your perfect lunch is here! Lean turkey served on your favorite bagel with a creamy honey Dijon spread. Toss it under your broiler with a slice of Swiss cheese for a great cheesy crunch.
Deli turkey breast
Any additional sandwich toppings
If you aren’t keen on using your broiler, you can use your oven. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
Keep any leftover spread in a covered container in the refrigerator. Eat within a week.
1 TBSP cream cheese, softened
1 tsp honey
1 tsp honey Dijon mustard
bagel, turkey, cheese of your choice
any additional desired toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
Mix ingredients for spread until completely mixed.
Preheat your broiler. Line a small baking sheet with foil.
Spread spread on both sides of bagel. Then, add desired toppings..turkey, cheese, etc.
Place the top and bottom of bagel on baking sheet (separately) and place sheet under broiler for just a few minutes. Enough time to get bagel toasted and cheese to melt and get a bit crunchy.
Remove and then, top with any additional veggies..lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
