Thank you for this recipe. I was looking for a copy cat lipton noodle soup recipe, and came upon this one. I used 1 teaspoon of no sodium boullion seasoning, and only used half a teaspoon of salt. I also added more water, as the noodles absorbed the broth very quickly. This recipe was very easy to follow and I had homeade soup on the stove in no time. Next time I am adding more carrots. Now I have a lower sodium version of my favorite soup with lots of vitamins from the vegetables added in. :)
