    Crock Pot Honey Glazed Chicken

Four simple ingredients is all you need for this flavorful chicken in your crock pot.

We had our family Christmas party on Mr Plain’s side this weekend.  It was such a good time.  Mr Plain comes from a family of 9 kids.  Nine kids who are all married and just about all of them have kids.  I think the number of nieces/nephews for me with them is about 20?  That could be wrong.  There are 26 offspring from his siblings.  Six of that includes mine.  So, yeah, 20 ?  Again, could be wrong.  It’s just a ton of kids. They range in age from 20 to 4.

Family gatherings have lots of activities, games, at times, a  music number, laughter and a ton of food. Especially desserts. The dessert table is twice the size of the main food table.  It’s heaven. My kids gorged themselves on crackers, chips, fruit punch soda and any dessert they can fit on their plate. OK, so did I.  I will admit it.

My sister in law  made these bars and I made a complete pig of myself. A sugar detox is seriously in need. It’s been nuts these past few days!

No sweets for today, but, we do have nearly literally the easiest chicken ever

It’s three ingredients. Well, 4, do need chicken for it.  The rest you probably have in your kitchen as we speak.

Dump it all in your crock pot and that’s it.  The crock pot does all the work. Goes great with a side of rice!
