Ingredients Needed:
- Pork chops
- Cornstarch
- Eggs
- Salt/Pepper
- Oil
- FOR SAUCE:
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar
- Rice vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Minced garlic
Pork: I like a thin and boneless pork chop for these. Easy to use and quick to cook!
Can I Use Chicken Instead? Yes. If desired, you can use chicken breasts for these.
Oil: Canola, vegetable, sunflower or olive oil work best for these chops.
Recipe Notes:
- Cooking time may vary, depending on the size/thickness of your pork chops. The internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees when completely cooked.

Honey Sesame Pork

Ingredients
FOR PORK:
- 1 lb boneless pork chops ( about 4 chops)
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- salt/pepper
- oil, for pan
- sesame seeds, optional, for serving
FOR SAUCE:
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients for sauce until smooth. Set aside.
- Pat pork chops dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a flat dish, mix together the 2 beaten eggs and 1 cup of cornstarch. Coat each pork chop in mixture. Coating completely.
- In a oven-safe skillet, heat 1-2 TBSP of canola oil. Add in pork chops and cook just until browned. You do not have to cook completely through.
- Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning pork chops half way through baking time. Cook until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Goes great served over rice.

Is it 2 or 3 eggs? Ingredient list says 2, recipe directions say 3.
