Turkey Kielbasa and Cheesy Pasta

One skillet and dinner is done! Turkey kielbasa sausage, cheesy pasta and broccoli make this easy dish just right for a weeknight dinner.

- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 cup broccoli or snow peas thawed or fresh
- ½ cup milk
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 12 ounces smoked turkey kielbasa sliced
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- onion powder and garlic powder to taste preference
- salt and pepper to taste preference
Cook pasta as directed on package. Set aside.
In a large skillet, brown kielbasa for 5-8 minutes. Until brown and a bit crispy. Remove and set aside.
Lightly wipe out skillet. Then, add milk, soy sauce, cheese and dried spices. Stir until cheese is completely melted and smooth.
Stir in kielbasa, pasta and broccoli. Continue cooking until heated thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
