Turkey Kielbasa and Cheesy Pasta

One skillet and dinner is done! Turkey kielbasa sausage, cheesy pasta and broccoli make this easy dish just right for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli or snow peas thawed or fresh
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 12 ounces smoked turkey kielbasa sliced
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • onion powder and garlic powder to taste preference
  • salt and pepper to taste preference

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta as directed on package. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown kielbasa for 5-8 minutes. Until brown and a bit crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Lightly wipe out skillet. Then, add milk, soy sauce, cheese and dried spices. Stir until cheese is completely melted and smooth.
  • Stir in kielbasa, pasta and broccoli. Continue cooking until heated thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately.
