18 ounces dry chocolate cake mix 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 1 egg chocolate chips optional, for batter and garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch loaf pan.
Beat dry cake mix, yogurt and egg until fully combined.
Spread batter into prepared pan. If desired, stir in a handful chocolate chips into the batter and sprinkle top with a few.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Then, cool completely on wire rack before serving.
