Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage or ground beef
  • 32 ounces of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 15 dried lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  • Boil pasta according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, brown sausage until no longer pink. Drain. Mix sausage with pasta sauce. Set aside
  • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Spread a thin layer of sauce/meat mixture on the bottom of dish. Then, add a layer of noodles. Spread noodles with egg mixture, then, add a layer of cheese.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an 10-15 minutes or until slightly bubbly.
