Ingredients
  

FOR CAKE:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 20 ounces can crushed pineapple

FOR FROSTING:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • shredded coconut optional

Instructions
 

FOR CAKE:

  • Add dry cake mix and pineapple in a bowl. Do not drain pineapple. Mix until well combined. Bake according to the cake mix box directions.

FOR FROSTING:

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.
  • Frost on cooled cake.
  • If desired, sprinkle with shredded coconut before serving
