Dinner is ready in one pan and ready in under an hour. Flavorful chicken sausage, potatoes and fresh green beans make up this easy and fabulous sheet pan dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces chicken sausage
  • 4 cups chopped yukon gold potatoes
  • 6 ounces fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons canola
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt/pepper to taste preference

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large flat rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cut sausage into coin size pieces and scattered onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Place chopped potatoes into a bowl.  Top with canola oil. Then, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and salt/pepper. Toss to coat.  Then, scatter coated potatoes and green beans on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
