Sheet Pan Broiler Nachos

A fun switch up for dinner! Skip the soggy chips and make your nachos in the broiler. Top them with your favorite additions and feed a crowd in no time at all.

1 pound ground beef chicken, turkey or your favorite protein 1 envelope taco seasoning 12 ounces bag tortilla chips 1 cup kernel corn at room temperature 2 cups taco-blend cheese or sharp cheddar or Monterrey jack desired garnishes ex: lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, etc
In a skillet, brown ground beef with taco seasoning until no longer pink. If necessary, drain.
Preheat broiler.
Line a 10-11 inch rimmed baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
Spread nacho chips out of baking sheet. Then, spoon on taco meat and corn. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook under preheated broiler. This will only take a few minutes. Keep on eye on them..they cook fast!
Before serving, add garnish as desired ( ex: lettuce, sour cream, salsa, etc)
