Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Bake

A quick and easy breakfast casserole full of two types of cheese, breakfast sausage and a crescent roll crust.

- 2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Unroll crescent roll dough into a flat sheet. Spread on bottom of baking dish.
In a large skillet, brown pork sausage until no longer pink. Drain. Wipe down skillet lightly.
Add cream cheese into skillet and heat until melted. Return drained sausage back into the pan and mix well with the cheese.
Once fully mixed, spread sausage mixture evenly on top of dough.
Sprinkle sausage mixture with cheddar cheese. Unroll 2nd crescent roll dough into a flat sheet. Spread on top of cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until dough is brown.
