Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • garlic powder to taste preference
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan of 8 in baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until everything is combined. Form meat into a loaf and place in dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • While baking, whisk ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple until smooth.
  • Spread over meat and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
