Ingredients
  

  • 1 ⅓ cup flour
  • old fashion oats
  • cup white sugar
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips plus additional for top, if desired.
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a 9 in loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together, flour, oats, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix egg, butter and milk.
  • Stir wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan and sprinkled with additional chocolate chips, if desired.Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
