Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quick Bread

- 1 ⅓ cup flour
- ⅔ old fashion oats
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips plus additional for top, if desired.
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9 in loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together, flour, oats, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix egg, butter and milk.
Stir wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan and sprinkled with additional chocolate chips, if desired.Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
