Mini Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls

Grab some pie crust and make yourself some mini cinnamon rolls! Easy, quick and you only need six ingredients! They are prefect for a sweet breakfast, a snack or dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 dough for two 9 inch pie crusts
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

FOR ICING:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a flat rimmed baking sheet with slip mats or parchment paper.
  • Roll pie crust flat.
  • Then, spread top with 1/2 of the melted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 of the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll dough tightly into a log.
  • Cut the dough into coin size pieces and place on baking sheet.
  • Repeat with second pie crust and remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes or until brown.
  • Remove from oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together icing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle on top of bites.
