Mini Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls

Grab some pie crust and make yourself some mini cinnamon rolls! Easy, quick and you only need six ingredients! They are prefect for a sweet breakfast, a snack or dessert

2 dough for two 9 inch pie crusts ½ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons melted butter FOR ICING: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a flat rimmed baking sheet with slip mats or parchment paper.
Roll pie crust flat.
Then, spread top with 1/2 of the melted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 of the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Roll dough tightly into a log.
Cut the dough into coin size pieces and place on baking sheet.
Repeat with second pie crust and remaining ingredients.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until brown.
Remove from oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together icing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle on top of bites.
