juice from 2 lemons1/2 cup, plus, additional sliced lemon for skillet

¼cupcanola oilplus, additional for pan

1tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce
½teaspoondried oregano
salt/pepperto taste preference
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, canola oil, honey, soy sauce and dried oregano. Set aside.
Add approx 1-2 TBSP of canola oil and a sprinkle of minced garlic to a large skillet.
Salt and pepper chicken thighs on both sides.
Once the pan is hot, add the chicken thighs and sear them for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken from pan and place on a plate.
Add sauce into pan and mix with a wooden spoon, scrape up together any bits of garlic/chicken/oil that have been left in the pan. Place the chicken back into the pan and coat it well in the sauce. If desired, add a few slices of lemon with the sauce, for extra lemon flavor.
Cook an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is cook thoroughly.
