Ingredients
  

FROZEN OPTION:

  • 4 frozen pre made frozen turkey burger patties

FRESH OPTION:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce ex: A1
  • salt/pepper to taste preference

GARNISH YOUR BURGER:

  • Hamburger buns
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh onions
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayo
  • Pickles

Instructions
 

FROZEN OPTION:

  • Wrap each frozen patty individually in a piece of foil.
  • Add 2 1/2 cups water to the bottom of the instant pot and place steam rack into the bottom of the pot
  • Place individual patties on top of steam rack.  Stacking them, if needed, in a staggered pattern.
  • Cover and cook on high pressure for 13 minutes.
  • Do a quick release and remove lid from instant pot.  Carefully, remove patties and let them rest for 5-8 minutes.  Remove from foil and garnish as desired before serving.

FRESH OPTION:

  • Mix all ingredients until fully combined. Form into 4 equal size patties.
  • Wrap each patty individually in a piece of foil.

  • Cover and cook on high pressure for  10 minutes.
  • Do a quick release and remove lid from instant pot. Carefully, remove patties and let them rest for 5-8 minutes. Remove from foil and garnish as desired before serving.
