Ingredients
  

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 teaspoons honey
  • 10 saltine crackers
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt/pepper to taste preference

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a flat rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. If using foil, give it a spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Crush crackers into small pieces. Then, mix crackers with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Mix it well, then, set aside.
  • Brush each piece of chicken with honey.
  • Then, coat in the cracker mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary, depending on the size/thickness of your chicken breasts. To be sure it is fully cooked, check the chicken's internal temperature before serving. If it is at least 165 degrees, it is safe to eat.
