Homemade Ranch Dressing: No Mayo Required!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small bunch of chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender, food processor or stick blender and mix until completely blended.
  • Mixing in a blender or food processor would probably work best, but, if you don’t have one one hand, a whisk will do just fine too.
  • Store in air tight container in fridge. Use within 2 weeks
