Fluffy waffles made with creamy plain Greek yogurt. Replacing the oil with the yogurt gives your waffles an extra punch of protein and cuts back on your fat content. Enjoy them with syrup, fruit or plain!

2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 ¾ cups milk ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla a dash of salt 1 tablespoon sugar
Preheat waffle maker and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour desired amount of batter on hot waffle maker.
Cook according to manufacturers directions
