Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • a dash of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle maker and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour desired amount of batter on hot waffle maker.
  • Cook according to manufacturers directions
