Glazed Baked Yogurt Doughnuts

Homemade baked doughnuts dipped in a sweet glaze. The added Greek yogurt lightens them up and gives them a soft texture.

- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- ⅔ cup milk
- ½ cup Greek vanilla yogurt
FOR GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a doughnut pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat butter with sugars. Add in milk,vanilla,yogurt and eggs, one at a time. Beat until combined.
Add flour mixture in and beat until just combined.
Pour into prepared doughnut pan.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until doughnuts spring back when touched.
Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze until smooth.
Dip cooled doughnuts in glaze or drizzle top
