- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix or homemade version- recipe found below
- 1 cup Catalina Dressing or homemade version- recipe found below
- 1 cup whole cranberries
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE ONION SOUP MIX HOMEMADE:
- ¼ cup onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE CATALINA DRESSING HOMEMADE:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup canola oil
- salt/pepper to taste
Place chicken breasts in crock pot.
Add in soup mix, bottled dressing and cranberries into crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
