Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts approx 1.25-2 pounds
  • 1 pound gold Yukon potatoes cut into pieces
  • 10 ounces can of cream of chicken soup
  • cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup raw baby carrots
  • salt/pepper to taste preference

Instructions
 

  • Place potatoes and in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to your taste preference.
  • Place chicken and carrots on top of potatoes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soup and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over chicken/carrots/potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  • Remove chicken, potatoes and carrots with a slotted spoon (leaving liquid in pot) and place in a serving dish.
  • Turn crock pot on high and stir in cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is smooth ( about 15-30 minutes)
  • Spoon cheese sauce over chicken and potatoes before serving.
