Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt/pepper taste preference
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
  • 2 tablespoon milk

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink. If necessary, drain. 
  • Transfer cooked meat into crock pot.  Add in minced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir until completely mixed.
  • Add in cheese cubes and milk and mix to combine. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours or until cheese if melted, stirring occasionally. 
  • Serve on buns with your favorite cheeseburger toppings
