Crock Pot Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups chopped broccoli if you are using frozen, let is thaw slightly
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • ½ sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 3 tablespoons butter cut into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray or line with liners.
  • In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Pour into prepared pot.
  • Crush crackers on top of broccoli mixture and top with butter.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  • For the last 1/2 hour of cooking, top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • If desired, top with more crushed crackers before serving.
