Add pork chops, 1/2 cup flour, black pepper and garlic powder into a large freezer bag. Seal bag and shake well to coat pork chops thoroughly.
Melt 2 TBSP over medium heat in a large skillet. Add floured pork chops to skillet. Brown on each side for 3-5 minutes. Do not completely cook them. Just brown them.
Add browned pork chops into crock pot.
In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and 1/4 cup flour. Pour over chops.
Cover crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Notes
Cooking time may vary, depending on your crock pot and size/thickness of pork chops. The internal temperature of the pork chops should be at least 145 degrees when done.
