In a bowl, combine ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, egg white, green onion, breadcrumbs and salt/pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form into 4 burgers or 8 mini burgers for sliders.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Cook burgers in skillet for approx 5 minutes on each side. Just to get brown.
Then add remaining teriyaki into pan and coat burgers.
Continue cooking for 5-8 minutes or until cook thoroughly.
If you are cooking sliders, cook each for approx 3 minutes on each side, then, add remaining teriyaki
sauce and cook another 5 minutes.
Serve on buns with desired garnish.
