FOR CHICKEN SEASONING MIXTURE: 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 3 teaspoons dried celery flakes 1 tablespoon minced onion FOR RICE: 1 cup long grain white or brown rice 2 cups water or chicken broth
FOR CHICKEN SEASONING MIXTURE: FOR RICE: In a medium saucepan, add rice, chicken broth or water and about 1/4 cup of chicken seasoning mixture.
Bring mixture to a boil, then, cover.
Lower heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes for white rice. If you are making brown rice, simmer for 45 minutes.
Once the rice is done, remove the lid and fluff with fork.
