FOR ALFREDO SAUCE:

butter

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese

dried parsley
garlic powder
to taste preference
FOR CHICKEN ROLL UPS:
8
dried lasagna noodles
2 ½

Alfredo sauce

cups
cooked
shredded/chopped chicken
2 ½
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
FOR ALFREDO SAUCE:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream. Simmer for approx 5 minutes. Whisk in cheese and garlic powder. Heat thoroughly. Stir parsley.
FOR CHICKEN ROLL UPS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 in baking dish.
Boil lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water. This will help from them sticking together.
Spread even amounts of sauce, chicken and cheese on noodles. First, spread sauce, then, chicken and cheese. Approx 1-2 tablespoons of each works well.
Roll up lasagna noodle carefully and place seam side down in prepared dish.
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on completed roll ups in pan.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
