These will soon be a family favorite! Lasagna rolls stuffed with shredded chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
  

FOR ALFREDO SAUCE:

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup dried parsley
  • garlic powder to taste preference

FOR CHICKEN ROLL UPS:

  • 8 dried lasagna noodles
  • 2 ½ cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups cooked shredded/chopped chicken
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

FOR ALFREDO SAUCE:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream. Simmer for approx 5 minutes. Whisk in cheese and garlic powder. Heat thoroughly. Stir parsley.

FOR CHICKEN ROLL UPS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 in baking dish.
  • Boil lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water. This will help from them sticking together.
  • Spread even amounts of sauce, chicken and cheese on noodles. First, spread sauce, then, chicken and cheese. Approx 1-2 tablespoons of each works well.
  • Roll up lasagna noodle carefully and place seam side down in prepared dish.
    Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on completed roll ups in pan.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
