Ingredients
  

FOR MUFFINS:

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • cup butter melted

FOR TOPPING:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12 count muffin pan or line with cupcakes papers.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat bananas and brown sugar. Add in egg, butter and vanilla. Mix until combined well.
  • Add in dry ingredients slowly and beat until combined.
  • Pour into prepared muffin pan.
  • Prepare topping by cutting butter into remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on batter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
