- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top of each chicken breast.
Then, sprinkle each with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or chicken is fully cooked.
