Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top of each chicken breast.
  • Then, sprinkle each with bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or chicken is fully cooked.
