This Pioneer Woman Million Dollar Dip is one of the most famous Super Bowl recipes, and it has just five ingredients: mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and almonds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 5 green onions diced
  • 5 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup slivered or sliced almonds I used raw almonds, to toast them follow the steps mentioned previously

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir until uniform.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy with your favorite crackers

Notes

  • You can make it ahead of time (a day or two) and allow it to sit in the fridge until you’re ready to serve it.
  • You can substitute the mayonnaise with Greek or regular yogurt for less fat.
  • Use a sharp knife to chop the green onions. Not only will this make chopping the onions simpler, but it will also improve their flavor. Using a dull knife tends to smash veggies rather than slice them. In the process, sulfur is released, which makes the onions pungent.
  • Add in a block of softened cream cheese for a more creamy dip and rich dip.
  • Skip the cayenne pepper if you’re serving this dip to kids.
  • Cover the Pioneer Woman Million Dollar Dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 4 days. I’m sure it won’t last that long, though.
  • Play around with different types of cheeses to create new cheesy dips!
  • Top with blue cheese crumbles for a little more pizzazz.
  • Although it is best known as a delightful cracker dip, feel free to try it with tortilla chips, pork rinds, or the ever-popular potato chip.
