9 Hawaiian sweet rolls 9 slices ham 9 slices Swiss cheese ¼ cup honey ¼ cup good Dijon mustard ¼ cup poppyseed dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the Dijon and honey in a separate bowl. Stir until smooth.
In a lightly sprayed baking dish, place the bottoms of the 9 rolls.
Brush each roll with honey Dijon mix.
Place a slice of ham on top of each, followed by a slice of cheese.
Place the top half of each roll on top of each sandwich and brush the inside with more honey Dijon.
Apply poppyseed dressing liberally to the outside of each top.
Cover with foil and cook for 15-18 minutes until cheese is melted.
Broil for 4 minutes, or until the rolls are crisped up a little.
Serve while still hot. Enjoy!
You can make the recipe with 12 rolls if you have enough ham and can fit them in your baking dish. Make as many sandwiches as you can.
Preheating the oven is the best way to warm the sliders.
The bottom of the baking dish should be sprayed with non-stick spray so the sandwiches do not stick or rip apart.
Broiling at the end gives the bread a nice texture and ensures that everything is nice and melted.
You can omit the poppyseed dressing if you prefer. If you have any picky eaters, leave them off just a couple of sliders.
Extras can be stored in the fridge and eaten later (cold or reheated).
When baking, keep the rolls connected so that everything melts together. When ready to serve, pull apart your Pioneer Woman Hawaiian Roll Sliders.
