Notes

  • Sesame Teriyaki Sauce. Toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, and plenty of black pepper give this take on Kikkoman teriyaki sauce a nutty flavor. The intense flavor from the sesame oil and a satisfying crunch from the sesame seeds.
  • Spicy Teriyaki Sauce. Add a dash of Sriracha or some crushed red pepper flakes to your Kikkoman teriyaki sauce for some added heat. There will be a noticeable increase in heat, but the traditional Teriyaki flavor will still shine through.

  • Orange Teriyaki Sauce. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce can be given a tangy new twist by mixing in some freshly squeezed orange juice. That’s why it’s going to have a nice, tangy sweetness to it.
  • Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce. The sweetness and tropical undertones of freshly squeezed pineapple juice are a great complement to the savory notes of Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce.
  • Ginger Teriyaki Sauce. Try grating some fresh ginger root into your Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce if you’re a fan of the flavor. The result will be a comforting, spicy taste.
