This Ina Garten sheet pan Sausage and Peppers supper will become your new go-to weekday dinner since it can be made in a variety of ways, is healthful, and only requires one pan to clean up afterward.
1(12 ounces) precooked Italian chicken or turkey sausage packagesliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1medium red bell peppercut into quarter-inch strips
1medium yellow bell peppercut into quarter-inch strips
1small yellow onioncut into quarter-inch slices
3tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsred vinegar
2minced garlic clovesabout 2 teaspoons
½teaspoonKosher salt
½teaspoondried basil
½teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoonground black pepper
¼teaspoonred pepper flakesplus more as desired
thinly cut fresh basil, chopped fresh parsley, and freshly grated Parmesan cheeseoptional for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. To make cleaning easier, line a big, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
