Notes

  • Stuffed Baked Potato Wedges. Make a full and tasty snack by stuffing potato wedges with your favorite toppings including cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and more. Adding sour cream and chives as a garnish will bring out the full taste of the dish.
  • Sweet Potato Wedges. If you want a sweet take on regular potato wedges, try using sweet potatoes instead and seasoning them with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Herbed Potato Wedges. Add some flavor to your potato wedges by dusting them with a combination of herbs like oregano, rosemary, and thyme. Throw in some ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
  • Cheesy Potato Wedges. Before baking, for a cheesier take, sprinkle shredded cheese over potato wedges. Use sour cream or salsa as a dipping sauce.
  • Spicy Potato Wedges. Cayenne pepper or hot sauce can be sprinkled over the potato wedges before baking to give them a spicy bite. Use ranch dressing as a condiment to temper the heat.
  • Bacon Potato Wedges. For a smoky, salty taste, wrap a slice of bacon around each potato wedge before baking.
  • Parmesan Potato Wedges. Before baking, give potato wedges an Italian spin by sprinkling them with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
