Baked Pierogi Casserole

- 16 ounces package frozen pierogi
- 2 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped green onions optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.
Arrange frozen pierogi in dish.
In a saucepan, mix cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir frequently until cheese is fully melted and smooth.
Pour melted cheese evenly over frozen pierogi, then, sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and pierogi is heated thoroughly.
Garnish with bacon crumbles and green onion before serving.
