Moist banana bread with a swirl of chocolate!
- Flour + Baking soda + Ground cinnamon
- Chocolate chips
- If desired, you can double this recipe, then, stash an extra loaf in your freezer for a later date. Simply keep the cooled loaf in a freezer safe, covered container/storage bag. When you are ready, defrost before eating. It will be good for a couple of months.
- Be sure not to over mix your batter. Mix just until there are no dry spots left. Over mixing can give you a dense loaf of banana bread.
