👩‍🍳 How To Make Gordon Ramsay Turkey Breast

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Make herb butter by mixing butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs in a bowl.
  3. Take the turkey out of its packaging and use paper towels to dry it on all sides. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the outside. Gently lift the skin of the turkey breast and spread some herb butter underneath, covering both sides of the breast.
  4. Spread the rest of the herb butter all over the outside of the turkey breast. Place it in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  5. Adjust the oven racks so the turkey will be in the center of the oven. Cook at 325 degrees F for about 14-15 minutes per pound, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees. (I usually take it out just before it reaches 165 degrees, as it will keep cooking as it rests.)
