No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars #peanutbutter #nobake #bars #tableforsevenblog

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars- -Nope, no baking required! Peanut butter bars topped with creamy chocolate. The classic flavor combination.

This recipe is one of many from my childhood that can be found here at Table for Seven. My mom made these all the time and now, my oldest son carries on that tradition. If we have even a smidgen of these ingredients in the kitchen, he will make these.

They are quite delicious, so, obviously, that’s ok with me 😉

Ingredients Needed:

  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Butter
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate chips

Peanut Butter: You can use regular peanut butter or the natural variety for these. If you opt to go with the natural variety, you may need a bit ( a tablespoon or two) of graham cracker crumbs to absorb any extra oil.

Recipe Notes:

  • If you want to switch things up: Press the peanut butter base into the wells of a 12 count muffin/cupcake pan. Making your bars into cups!
  • Keep any leftover bars in the refrigerator.
  • Freezing: These bars freeze great! After the chocolate sets, store them in a freezer safe, covered container/storage bag. They will be good for a couple of months.
