If you check out the banana section of the blog, you will notice a good amount of the recipes are for several different varieties of banana bread.

With good reason. We love banana bread at my house.

Seriously. It ranks up their with pancakes and ice cream.  We can’t get enough of it.

So, we decided to add another delicious banana bread to our collection today.

I have to be straight with you guys…I wasn’t planning on making this bread.

However, after the success of cookies earlier in the week and having some leftover eggnog in the fridge, not too mention, bananas in the fruit bowl, it seemed like a perfect idea.

Actually, it was. A perfect idea, that is.

Soft, banana bread topped baked up with eggnog tucked inside, then, topped off with cinnamon, then, topped off with a sweet eggnog icing.  Extremely yum.

Time to get eggnog and bananas. You need to bake this one soon!

    Enjoy-
