    Prep Time: 00:25
    Ingredients (Serves: 6)
    • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1½ cup fresh blackberries
    • 2 cups whipping cream
    • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
    • 1 TBSP water
    • 1 TBSP vanilla
    Instructions
Mix blackberries in blender or food processor until pureed. Add in 1 TBSP of water and mix until liquefied.
Drain blackberry puree through mesh sleeve to remove seeds. This is totally optional. If you like seeds, you can simply leave them in.
In a bowl, whisk together blackberry puree, cream, condensed milk, and vanilla.
You can pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, adding in the chopped chocolate as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Cover and freeze until desired consistency is reached.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker: add same ingredients into your food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Fold in chopped chocolate. Place in a freezer safe bowl, cover, and freeze for 6-8 hours.
