Happy #SundaySupper.  Yep, it’s that time again already!  Our theme this week is 5 Ingredients or Less and our lovely host is Hip Foodie Mom.

So, how is your weekend going?  Pretty lovely here. It’s so nice to finally have some nice weather to get things moving in back yard.  We are attempting to grow grass, flowers and start a green house this spring. Lots of work.  Although, so far, the biggest job has been clearing all the leaves and sticks left over from fall. That was a mess. The snow hit us around November this past fall, leaving it tough to get everything cleared up before winter. We have about an acre of land that our little  house sits on and it surrounded  by a about million oak trees.  They are amazingly beautiful, but, man..lots of leaves.  Lots. So glad to have that job done and get moving on the rest.  Crossing my fingers it all works out.

It’s these kind of weekend that my crock pot gets a work out.  Toss everything in, go do yard work and come back and it’s done.  Works perfect.   Even better is a dinner that requires just a few ingredients.
My dish today has four. Yep..just 4. Chicken.Beer.Garlic.Seasoning.

Cook it up and it’s done.
