Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken- -You only need 4 ingredients for this simple and delicious chicken!

Your Four Ingredients:

Chicken
Cream cheese
Dry Italian dressing mix
Cream of chicken soup

Chicken: You will need 2-3 medium size boneless chicken breasts or approx 1.25 lbs. If desired, you can use frozen chicken breasts. Just increase your cooking time about 30 minutes.

To Make:

Place chicken breasts in pot.
Whisk together ingredients for sauce and pour on top of chicken. Cover the pot and cook.
When ready, remove the chicken and cut or shred. Add back into the pot and give it a mix.
Serve this with egg noodles, pasta, brown/white rice or potatoes.

Instructions

Place chicken in crock pot. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, soup and seasoning. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until cook thoroughly.
When done, remove chicken from pot and cut or shred. Add it back into the pot and mix again with sauce.

Added this one to next week's dinner menu! I have done chicken in the slow cooker using just bottle Italian dressing but this sounds even better!
