Last week was a little crazy…everyone was OK here, but, my Mom took a bit of a tumble. Slid on the ice in her driveway.  Thankfully, nothing was broken, but, she was banged up quite a bit.  So, I went with my 2 year old and stayed with her for two days.  She is with one of  my other sisters now, but, is one million times better than she was just a few days ago.  Let’s all breath a big sigh of relief 🙂
I realized that my desserts have been lacking of late. Did you notice?  A bit of a sweet-vacation was needed after the holidays. It’s over. A bit.
Ever tried Stevia? Truvia? It’s a natural sweetener substitute that has less calories than sugar.  This was exciting news. I decided to give it a try.
These little cakes have a very cocoa-chocolaty  taste.  The chocolate lava with the oatmeal is a tasty little surprise in the middle and each cake is just 300 calories!
